Prior to joining Rembolt Ludtke, Abbie practiced juvenile law and regularly appeared in Lancaster County’s Safe and Healthy Families Court, the state’s first domestic violence-centered child welfare court. Abbie’s practice is primarily focused on domestic relations. Abbie understands the high conflict and emotional nature of domestic relations cases, which makes her an excellent advocate as clients navigate the challenges of the legal system.

Andrew Bish, from Giltner, Nebraska, is a prominent figure in agriculture, especially in agricultural manufacturing and the hemp industry. As the COO of BISH Enterprises, he’s driven operational excellence in agricultural engineering. Andrew also founded Hemp Harvest Works and became a Founding Partner of Global Fiber Processing, innovating in hemp stalk processing and market development.

His leadership roles extend to the Hemp Feed Coalition as President, co-founding the Nebraska Hemp Industries Association, and serving as a Director at the Colorado Hemp Association. Additionally, he’s Treasurer and Director on the National Hemp Association’s SCOHO Board. Ann focuses her practice on real estate development and land use issues.  She has vast experience representing property owners and developers across Nebraska in all aspects of real estate transactions, including land acquisitions, zoning changes and permits,  subdivisions, covenants, condominiums, home owners associations and tax increment financing (TIF).  

Anthony focuses his practice on estate and succession planning, real estate, probate and trust work, businesses services, and legal matters generally affecting the agricultural industry. Raised on a Nebraska grain and livestock farm, Anthony understands the meaning of hard work and importance of community and splits his time between the Firm's Lincoln and Seward offices. He has extensive experience helping clients achieve success in complex transactions through his attention to detail and empathy in arriving at practical solutions. Prior to joining the Firm, Anthony studied public policy and economics at Stanford University, worked as a policy analyst for an international law firm, lobbied at the State Capitol for the Nebraska Farm Bureau Federation, and continued to lend a hand on his family’s farm as time permitted. Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and family, and reading, running, fishing, and traveling.

Jane focuses her practice on family law issues, particularly complex divorce, paternity, custody, child support, and adoption matters, including both trial and appellate work. Jane is a Certified Parenting Act Mediator. She also works with the rehabilitation or liquidation of insurance companies. Jane has taught Pretrial Litigation Skills and Family Law at the University of Nebraska College of Law and has been a regular speaker at the Family Law Section’s annual seminar.

Kristi Boswell is counsel at Alston & Bird in Washington, DC, where focuses her regulatory and policy practice on advising farm and food clients on issues that impact food production, manufacturing, and retail sale.  Before joining Alston & Bird, Kristi served as a senior advisor to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where she implemented the secretary’s priorities and advised the secretary on decision-making. She was active in implementation of the 2018 Farm Bill and pandemic response using Commodity Credit Corporation authority. Kristi also held a policy role at the White House, where she served as the agricultural voice in drafting H-2A regulatory reforms and immigration legislation. Before her time in government, she served as the director of congressional relations at an agricultural trade association, where she advocated Congress for legislative change for farm members.

Ryan focuses her practice on family law issues, particularly complex divorce, paternity, custody, and child support matters, including both trial and appellate work. Ryan also serves as an adjunct instructor at the University of Nebraska - College of Law teaching Trial Advocacy.  Prior to joining the Firm, Ryan owned her own law practice specializing in family law matters and gained significant courtroom experience as a deputy county attorney.  She also served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Nebraska, specializing in the criminal prosecution of white-collar and government corruption cases. Ryan has specialized training and experience in the intersection of mental health issues and the law, which makes her uniquely qualified to help clients dealing with these sensitive issues achieve success.

Hartman is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Agricultural Economics and graduated with distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Law. During undergraduate he was active in student government and the Engler Agribusiness Entrepreneurship Program.

A native of Imperial, Nebraska, Hartman grew up on his family’s farming and cattle operation and launched several businesses that continue to flourish. He presently is a member of Nebraska Ag Builders and serves on the board of directors of the Nebraska FFA Foundation. His knowledge and experience in agriculture and entrepreneurship will be invaluable to the firm’s growing client base.
